OFFICE SETTING UP PROJECT

At the Orphanage documentation of almost all aspects of operations and administration is very crucial; Documents preparations, printing services, Children’s information need to be updated time to time, Development monitoring of individual child and Of Orphanage as a whole, resources management, development projects planning, making schedules and other crucial office tasks. The sensitivity of the children files is very high therefore there is need for safe storage of confidential children documents. We have been doing all these jobs without an office space. We have a room designated for an office but we lack office furniture and resources. Setting up an office will act as a gateway to smooth management of Spirit of Mercy Orphanage.
